Depending on your plan, website care may include:

  • Compatibility checks after updates

  • Security monitoring and basic hardening

  • Backup verification and recovery support

  • Performance monitoring and optimisation

  • Uptime monitoring and issue resolution

  • Minor content updates (Growth and Pro plans only)


These tasks help keep your website running reliably over time.

What Website Care Does NOT Cover
To keep services sustainable and fairly priced, website care plans do not include:

  • New feature development

  • Custom functionality or integrations

  • Major design changes or page rebuilds

  • Full website redesigns

  • Custom application development

  • Large-scale content creation

  • Emergency incident response beyond agreed scope

  • Advanced malware remediation unless quoted separately


These services require separate scoping and pricing.

Emergency & Incident Response
Website care plans focus on prevention, not emergency response.

In the event of:

  • Severe security incidents

  • Malware infections

  • Hosting-level failures


Additional support may be offered under a separate incident response service.
