This article explains what happens after you complete an order with Ace Intl Media, including verification, service setup, and how you will be notified.


1. Order Confirmation
After placing an order:



  • You will receive an order confirmation email

  • Your order will appear in your client portal

  • The order status will initially show as Pending or Processing



This step confirms that your order has been successfully received.


2. Order Review and Verification
Before services are activated:



  • Account details are reviewed

  • Payment is verified

  • Required information is checked or requested



If additional information is needed, you will be contacted via the client portal or email.


3. Service Provisioning
Once verification is complete:



  • Automated services are provisioned automatically

  • Manual or custom services are scheduled for setup

  • Domains and hosting services move toward Active status



Provisioning times vary depending on the service ordered.


4. Service Activation
When a service is ready:



  • The service status changes to Active in the client portal

  • You receive a notification confirming activation

  • Login details or access instructions are provided where applicable



You can now begin using and managing your service.


5. If There Are Delays
In some cases, delays may occur due to:



  • Additional verification requirements

  • Missing or incomplete information

  • Manual setup or custom configuration



If this happens, updates will be provided through the client portal.


6. Getting Help During Setup
If you have questions at any stage:



  • Open a support ticket in the client portal

  • Select the appropriate department

  • Include your order number for faster assistance



All setup-related communication should go through the portal.
