DNS (Domain Name System) controls how your domain connects to services such as:

Hosting servers
Third-party platforms
2. Viewing DNS Settings
To view DNS settings:
Log in to the client portal
Go to Domains

Open DNS Management or Nameservers
3. Changing Nameservers
You may need to change nameservers if:
You connect the domain to hosting
You use external DNS providers
You move services between platforms
To change nameservers:

Enter the provided nameserver addresses
Save changes
4. Managing DNS Records
Common DNS records include:
A Record – Points the domain to an IP address

5. DNS Propagation Time
After making DNS changes:
Updates may take up to 24–48 hours to propagate
Some changes appear sooner
During propagation, services may behave inconsistently
6. Avoiding Common Issues
To prevent problems:
Do not delete existing records unless instructed
Keep a record of previous DNS settings
Make changes one at a time
Contact support if unsure
