Yes. All add-ons can be ordered at any time after your website has launched, subject to availability and plan eligibility.


FAQ 3: Do I need a Web Design subscription to purchase add-ons?
Yes. Website enhancements are available only to clients on an active Web Design subscription with Ace Intl Media Ltd.


FAQ 4: Will add-ons affect my existing website design?
No. All enhancements are designed to match your existing website’s layout, branding, and structure unless otherwise agreed.


FAQ 5: How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the add-on and workload. Typical timelines are:

  • Additional Pages: 5–10 working days

  • E-commerce Setup: 7–14 working days

  • Speed & Performance Optimisation: 3–5 working days

  • Monthly Content Updates: applied within the active billing month


FAQ 6: Can I cancel Monthly Content Updates at any time?
Yes. Monthly Content Updates are a recurring service and can be cancelled through your client portal before the next billing cycle.


FAQ 7: What is not included in these add-ons?
Unless stated otherwise, add-ons do not include:

  • Major redesigns

  • Custom software development

  • Third-party paid plugins or licences

  • Advanced integrations or bespoke functionality


These can be quoted separately if required.


FAQ 8: What happens if I need more work than an add-on allows?
If your request exceeds the scope of an add-on, we’ll let you know and provide a separate quotation before proceeding.
