Social media management tools may be provided as part of a self-managed setup or alongside optional managed services, depending on the client’s requirements. Account ownership and access remain with the client unless otherwise agreed.

Yes. Clients are not required to use a specific platform. If you already use a social media management tool, it can continue to be used alongside our services.


FAQ 4: Does AI-generated content post automatically?
No. AI-assisted features are designed to support content creation and planning only. All content should be reviewed and approved before publishing. Final responsibility remains with the account owner.


FAQ 5: Who owns the content and social media accounts?
Clients always retain full ownership of their social media accounts and content. Social media management tools do not transfer ownership or control of accounts.
